the staff was super helpful when i arrived. they helped me with my bags right away! the room i stayed in was very clean and spacious. i appreciated that the staff was so friendly and the room was so tidy!
The flow in the shower was very poor. It took a while to wash off the shampoo.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I appreciated the convenient, secure parking. Breakfast offered a substantial selection of food items.
The water pressure in the shower was low, it was just trickling out.

The staff were friendly during check-in.
The ROOM smelled like stale smoke, very unpleasant. We had to hand in our key every time we left the hotel. I have never had to do this before. i felt that my privacy was not respected and there was a fire hazard because we needed to be buzzed out.
